player. 123. . Wide Receiver. Dallas Cowboys. Henry Ruggs III. 17

The Dallas Cowboys head into the new league year with a lot on their plate, and it all revolves around some of the big name talent on their roster. Sure, they are going to get a new deal done for Dak Prescott, who is a fine young quarterback, but what are they going to do with guys like Amari Cooper and Byron Jones.

Cooper is a solid wide receiver, but he is going to be expecting a huge payday, and that kind of money for a wideout may not be worth it to Jerry Jones. If they decide to let him walk in free agency, they can certainly get a premier wide receiver in the first round this April, and here they take Henry Ruggs III from Alabama.

This guys is a flat out burner, and would be a perfect replacement for Cooper, who has had some nice moments for the Cowboys. Getting Prescott under contract is priority No. 1, and with all the money Jerry has already been spending the last few years, Cooper may have to find his big payday somewhere else.

Miami Dolphins. A.J. Epenesa. 18. player. 59. . Edge

The Miami Dolphins had a solid first season under head coach Brian Flores, and while they did not rack up a ton of wins, they were a lot better than advertised. In addition, Flores had to deal with the fact that the organization was traded away his best players, including Minkah Fitzpatrick, who netted them this No. 18 overall pick.

With this pick, the Dolphins have to get better up front along the defensive line, specifically on the edges. A.J. Epenesa did not have the best Scouting Combine, but he showed during his time at Iowa that he is one of the elite edge rushers in this draft class, and would be a nice get for the Dolphins in the middle of the first round.

Miami has multiple first round picks in each of the next two drafts, so the team should get significantly better between now and the 2022 NFL season. They appear to have the right head coach in place, and the assets to improve this roster, and it will all start in the first round this April.
