4. Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys have some big fish to fry in free agency, as negotiations with Dak Prescott and Amari Cooper clearly take the front burner. They seem set to make Blake Jarwin their clear No. 1 tight end, if they indeed do place a second-round tender on him, but depth might be a problem with Jason Witten trending toward being gone if he continues to play.

Even after they presumably do what it takes to keep both Prescott and Cooper, Dallas would have plenty of cap space to add pieces ($75.9 million right now, via Over The Cap). Graham would not require a cap-busting deal, and surely no more than a one-year commitment at that. With Prescott set to cash in, circling back to add a complementary weapon or two around him should be on the Cowboys’ radar.

Graham can still be a red zone threat, and it’s worth noting he is on an upward trend in yards per catch and yards per target. In a part-time role, he could flourish in a good Cowboys’ offense and head coach Mike McCarthy is familiar with him from their 2018 season together in Green Bay.
