3. Indianapolis Colts

Eric Ebron failed to repeat his stellar 2018 campaign last year as injuries hampered him. He is also set to leave in free agency, with Colts general manager Chris Ballard pointing toward making no effort to bring him back.

The Colts may be fine with Jack Doyle and Mo Alie-Cox as their top two tight ends next season. But they have a ton of cap space again ($85.9 million; second-most in the league according to Over The Cap), and can make virtually any move they want to. Graham will come cheaply with his best days behind him, and if his snap count can be pushed toward red zone and crucial downs there’s upside in the right situation.

Indianapolis’ interest in Graham may be dependent on what they plan to do with their quarterback situation, and how that dictates their immediate outlook for 2020. Philip Rivers or Tom Brady would put them on a win-now, Super Bowl or bust? season, but Graham’s presence would also benefit a younger starter like Jacoby Brissett or Teddy Bridgewater. No matter what, the Colts should be ready to kick the tires on the five-time Pro Bowler.
