Cleveland is a late riser up draft boards but he could easily hear his name called in the bottom half of Round 1. From the Titans perspective, he’s a guy who could easily come in and play meaningful snaps at right tackle right away.

Not surprisingly, he thrived as a left tackle during his college days at Boise State. Even so, he’s got the quick feet required to play on either edge. A heavy dose of work at right tackle in training camp should allow him to make a pretty easy transition.

Once he gets comfortable on the right side he can use his quick feet to really frustrate edge rushers that want to find their way into the sight patterns of the quarterback. Cleveland doesn’t have the brute strength to knock guys off the line of scrimmage, but he’s enough of a technician to move people out-of-the-way.

Similar to the situation with Jones, the worst-case scenario for Cleveland is that he works as the Titans’ swing tackle for a season or two. Best case, they come away with a solid replacement for Conklin with a late first round pick.
