30. . Offensive Tackle. New York Jets. Jedrick Wills Jr.. 11. player

The New York Jets have done a nice job adding talent on both sides of the ball, including the offensive line, which was an issue last season. George Fant from the Seattle Seahawks has been brought in to bolster the offensive tackle position, but that does not mean that the team should be done improving there.

With the No. 11 overall pick, the Jets should look to add one of the talented first round tackles in this draft class, bringing in Jedrick Wills Jr. from Alabama. This guy is an absolute mauler, and would be able to come in and start along this offensive line immediately, giving them a solid bookend with Fant.

Sam Darnold has shown that he can be a solid quarterback at the NFL level, and now the team needs to go out and help protect him next season. Sure, they need some talent at wide receiver as well, but if Darnold cannot get the protection he needs, what is the point of spending an early round pick on the position group.

Wide Receiver. Las Vegas Raiders. CeeDee Lamb. 12. player. 28.

With the way this 2020 NFL mock draft is shaping up, the Las Vegas Raiders would be in prime position to address their biggest weakness on the offensive side of the ball. Looking at their roster, they have done a nice job building up the defense in free agency, but wide receiver is still an issue, even with the addition of Nelson Agholor.

The top wide receiver in this draft class differs depending on who you talk to, but when it comes to Jon Gruden’s offense, CeeDee Lamb may be the team’s best case scenario. This is a kid who can flat out go up and get the job done, and this Raiders offense is one wideout away from possibly being elite next season.

With the addition of Lamb, to go along with Agholor, Tyrell Williams, and Hunter Renfrow, quarterback Derek Carr has all the weapons he needs on the outside. Remember, they have an elite offensive line, running back, and tight end, so if Carr can re-gain his 2016 form, this is a playoff team on that side of the ball.
