With NFL free agency essentially over, it’s time to regroup and look at how the new order of the league appears. Here’s our updated NFL power rankings.

. . . Jacksonville Jaguars. 32. team. 52

The Jaguars are going through a teardown once again. It’s tough to see them winning more than three or four games this season.

. . Carolina Panthers. 31. team. 87.

Teddy Bridgewater will make them somewhat competitive alongside Christian McCaffrey and D.J. Moore, but this team needs plenty.

31. . . . New York Giants. 30. team

James Bradberry is great, but the Giants didn’t do near enough to fix all the problems on this roster.

58. . . . Washington Commanders. 29. team

Who is going to be the quarterback come July? Will it be Dwayne Haskins, or is he getting the Josh Rosen treatment with Tua Tagovailoa sitting there?

56. . . . Cincinnati Bengals. 28. team

Joe Burrow is going to make this one of the more exciting offenses in the league with Joe Mixon, Tyler Boyd and A.J. Green at his disposal.

. Detroit Lions. 27. team. 50. .

The Lions should consider drafting a first-round quarterback to groom for 2021 as Matthew Stafford plays out this season.

. . . New York Jets. 26. team. 30

The Jets needed to make a bevy of moves in free agency and did close to nothing.

team. 59. . . . Miami Dolphins. 25

Love where the Dolphins are headed. They could shoot up the rankings with a monster draft. They’ll well-equipped for one, by the way, with 14 picks.
