2. A.J. Brown will make 80 catches for Titans

When the Titans needed a big play in the passing game they usually found it with rookie wide receiver A.J. Brown in 2019. The challenge for the former Ole Miss star will be to add consistency to his game in 2020.

He’s still going to terrify opposing secondaries with his ability to make plays over the top of the defense. Expect him to learn to use the cushion he gets from opposing corners to his advantage this season.

That means Brown is going to catch a lot more eight yard outs and curls this year. Those routes will be used to setup his double moves down the field, but more importantly, they’ll help churn out first downs for an offense that needs to keep the ball to be successful.

The end result is that Brown is going to become Tannehill’s favorite weapon by an even wider margin this year. He’ll take his catch total from 52 to somewhere north of 80 as a result. His yards per catch average is going to decrease slightly, but he’ll be a much more productive player in his sophomore campaign.
