The best goal songs in history for all 31 NHL teams

Ottawa Senators: Break Away by CFO$
The Senators co-opted a goal song from wrestler Adam Rose once upon a time. And good news for them, the song honestly fits perfectly. It has the feel of a hockey goal song, from the crowd chants to the guitar riffs. It’s a shame the Senators moved away from this in recent years.
Philadelphia Flyers: Bro Hymn by Pennywise
I have fond memories of this goal song from 2007 to 2011. It’s a great sing-along tune, plus it just FEELS very Philadelphia, if you know what I mean. Shoutouts to the Flyers for recently using the Chicken Dance as the song for if the team scores a fourth goal at home though.
Pittsburgh Penguins: Party Hard by Andrew W.K
Penguins fans campaigned for this great goal song, and the team listened. This was the goal song for the Penguins’ back-to-back Stanley Cup wins, but for some reason the team changed it in 2019. Justice for Party Hard, a song that’s become iconic to this era of Penguins hockey.
St. Louis Blues: When The Blues Go Marching In/The Blues Have The Urge by The Urge
The Blues used to play an organ version of When the Saints Go Marching In as their goal song — aptly named When The Blues Go Marching In — but have since added to it with an original goal song. It’s a great combination of old and new that will remain iconic due to the team’s recent Stanley Cup win.
San Jose Sharks: Holiday by Green Day
Holiday is a great song, and makes for a fantastic goal song. I’m surprised more hockey teams haven’t gone to the well of Green Day more often, but the Sharks come out winners here with this song.
