Wide Receiver. San Francisco 49ers. Henry Ruggs III. 13. player. 42.

The San Francisco 49ers traded away a former first round pick to get the No. 13 overall selection, sending defensive lineman DeForest Buckner to the Indianapolis Colts. With the 13th overall selection, the 49ers could go in a number of different directions, but they get a tremendous playmaker here.

Henry Ruggs III is a speedster from Alabama, and would be a solid fit on this 49ers offense. During the playoffs, San Francisco really took the ball out of quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo’s hands, relying more on the run game as they made their run towards the Super Bowl.

In Ruggs, they get a perfect compliment to Deebo Samuel, who is a tremendous wide receiver in his own right. This is a 49ers team that went from the No. 2 overall pick in 2019 to the Super Bowl, and with two more first rounders in 2020, they look to be here for the long haul.

Offensive Tackle. Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Mekhi Becton. 14. player. 48.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers won the Tom Brady sweepstakes this offseason, adding the six-time Super Bowl champion to a team that should have won more games in 2019. Quarterback Jameis Winston struggled mightily in the turnover department, finishing the year with 30 interceptions, some of which were terribly costly.

Winston had a ton of weapons on the outside, as both Chris Godwin and Mike Evans went over 1,000 yards on the season. In Brady, they get a quarterback who can actually hang on to the ball, and based on the talent they have on both sides of the ball, they should be right in it in a very tough NFC South.

With pick No. 14 overall, the Bucs should look to bring in a player who can protect Brady, and they get their guy in Louisville big man Mekhi Becton. Brady had a monster of a man at left tackle in New England two years ago in Trent Brown, and in Becton, he gets an incredibly talented player who should start immediately.
