3. Home: Tennessee Titans

Here’s a quick recap of the 2019 Ravens:

Best record in the NFL, MVP at quarterback, won the division, got a first-round bye and home-field advantage, roster full of Pro Bowl players, and one playoff loss.

All of that good was quickly forgotten about when the Titans showed up to M&T Bank Stadium for the Divisional round of the playoffs. When it was all said and done, the league’s best offense squandered opportunities all night and only scored 12 points.

So, this must-win scenario is easy to understand. Simply put, this is a revenge game.

The Titans didn’t just come in and beat the Ravens. They took it to them. Playing run first and downhill all night, the Titans were the most physical team and it showed. Derrick Henry wore the defense down, and on defense the Titans got after it to hold that overpowered offense in check.

This year, the Ravens can’t allow that to happen again. Jackson was questioned mightily after the loss and debate shows discussed his ability to win big games. This is an opportunity for a statement win.

Some people say athletes don’t tend to hold onto difficult games and losses. This time, there is no doubt every Ravens player will remember what the Titans did and want to get them back.
