5. Kahzin Daniels, linebacker

Kahzin Daniels played just three defensive snaps in 2019 to go along with eight on special teams. He was waived in the preseason a year ago with an injury designation but was brought back on the practice squad in October. By November he was added to the active roster and made his NFL debut against the Cardinals.

It seems like Daniels is the type of player to grind it out and find ways to improve from week to week. He got a taste of the NFL game in 2019, and now he will certainly want more. The easiest way for him to have a breakout season will be to contribute on special teams. If Daniels can find ways to force fumbles on kickoff or punt returns, he will become a fan favorite and a star. That type of special teams play would then likely lead to more defensive snaps, in which the linebacker could prove himself.

The Buccaneers will likely have plenty of success in 2020, and if these five players can find a way to have breakout seasons, the year could be special. In fact, Tampa Bay may be the first team to play in a Super Bowl in their home stadium when all is said and done.
