2. Jacksonville Jaguars

Yes, it feels certain the Jaguars will trade Fournette. But as they prepare to fully turn to Gardner Minshew as their starting quarterback, removing a key weapon in the name of adding more draft picks feels foolish.

Fournette came in as RB13 in standard fantasy scoring last year, with the obvious bump to RB7 in full-point PPR. As a rookie in 2017, when he played 13 games, he was RB8 in standard and RB9 in full-point PPR.

Fournette was not an especially proficient pass catcher in 2019 (6.9 yards per catch, 5.2 yards per target), so he needs volume to get to notable numbers in that area. In all or part of 13 games together last year, Minshew targeted Fournette 75 times. While Minshew will surely progress this year and not check down to a running back as much, Fournette would still be a prominent target for him.

Fournette staying with the Jaguars in 2020 is essentially “if ain’t broke, don’t fix it”  from a fantasy perspective. It’s unlikely to happen, but based on pure opportunity the gap between his fantasy floor and his fantasy ceiling is the most narrow if he stays put.
