Let’s take a minute to appreciate how awesome the new Chargers uniforms are

The Los Angeles Chargers just won the NFL uniforms update competition this offseason. Though they look great, will the Chargers win any more games in them?
The Los Angeles Chargers’ new uniforms are so much better than yours.
The Bolts quietly released their new threads on Tuesday morning, only two days before the start of the 2020 NFL Draft. It was a simple revealing, but their Twitter account gave us the greatest work of art since Michelangelo went to town on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.
Is there a best way to describe what it is like to look at the Chargers’ new uniforms for the first time. How about, “It is like looking into the face of God and seeing Him smiling back saying, ‘you are my most wondrous creation.” That is a high bar to climb but even two late American legends James Lipton and Charles Nelson Reilly would approve of these uniforms. They are magnificent!
These half-dozen uniforms have everything you could ever hope for or dream for out of a Chargers kit. There’s sweet, delicious powder blue for days. These yellow pants are so incredible they should make the Green Bay Packers jealous because these have a lightning bolt on them and theirs don’t. It is petty one-upmanship and we absolutely love it.
The powder blue Nike swooshes and the socks combination are so inspiring that it would have to make the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill do better. Michael Jordan would only be prouder if his silhouette was dunking a basketball near the collarbone on these delightfully drip-tastic uniforms. There are masterpieces and then there are these uniforms.
If you want to go royal blue, the Chargers got you covered. Should you want want some navy blue to help remember the unforgettable Pro Football Hall of Fame careers of Junior Seau and LaDainian Tomlinson, the Chargers have this on lock, too.
They crushed the uniform game, but will it help the Bolts win any more games in 2020?
Los Angeles is coming off a dreadful 5-11 2019 campaign. Former franchise quarterback Philip Rivers fell off a cliff and the Chargers found themselves in the AFC West basement. But even with a fourth-place schedule, there are no guarantees the Chargers will be any better than Jeff Fisher 7-9 B.S. in 2020. The AFC West will be super competitive and the Bolts need a new quarterback.

Sure, the Chargers can go 7-9 with Tyrod Taylor as their starting quarterback, but the Bolts need a jolt of something good from the 2020 NFL Draft in the form of the next Rivers or Dan Fouts. No doubt the Chargers will look impeccably good on the gridiron this fall, but they need another piece or two to help get back to playing winning football. But man, will they look spectacular.
