Florida. C.J. Henderson. CB. 9. player. 52. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis

Analysis: Henderson has been rising quickly and should be a solid pro. However, the Jaguars needed to upgrade the offense and could have had any receiver in a historic class or taken a left tackle to protect Gardner Minshew.

Grade: C+

Alabama. Jedrick Wills. 10. Pick Analysis. OT. 53. Scouting Report. player

Analysis: This was the easiest choice in terms of position-team since Chase Young to the Redskins. Wills was widely-regarded as one of the top two tackles and slid down to No. 10. First-time general manager Andrew Berry gets a cookie here.

Grade: A

OT. Louisville. Mekhi Becton. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. 11. player. 30

Analysis: Becton is a solid prospect, but is his stock more about Combine than tape? Tristan Wirfs being passed over is a huge surprise. The Jets needed to shore up the line, but this is a mild shocker considering Wirfs’ play at Iowa.

Grade: C

28. Pick Analysis. Alabama. Henry Ruggs. 12. player. Scouting Report. WR

Analysis: Ruggs ran a 4.2 40-time at the combine after starring at Alabama. This is a pick the late, great Al Davis would be proud of. Ruggs give the Raiders an elite deep threat. Now they need Derek Carr to throw downfield and make him worth the investment.

Grade: B+

player. Pick Analysis. OT. Iowa. Scouting Report. Tristan Wirfs. 13. 48

Analysis: Wirfs is a dream scenario here for the Buccaneers. General manager Jason Licht lands protection for Tom Brady, allowing him ample time to find Rob Gronkowski, Mike Evans and Chris Godwin. Absolute no-brainer.

Grade: A+

Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. 14. player. DT. South Carolina. Javon Kinlaw. 42

Analysis: Kinlaw is clearly the replacement for DeForest Buckner. The 49ers are trying to keep their defensive line among the toughest in football to handle, and Kinlaw gives defensive coordinator Robert Saleh another power-rusher inside.

Grade: B+

Jerry Jeudy. 15. 45. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. WR. player. Alabama

Analysis: The Broncos continue to surround second-year quarterback Drew Lock with young weapons. Jeudy joins fellow receiver Courtland Sutton, tight end Noah Fant and running back Phillip Lindsay. It’s a great core.

Grade: A

Pick Analysis. A.J. Terrell. 44. Scouting Report. CB. Clemson. 16. player

Analysis: After moving on from Desmond Trufant, the Falcons needed to upgrade their secondary. General manager Thomas DImitroff didn’t wait long, taking Terrell — the hometown kid — as the third corner in the draft. He projects as a top corner, although he’s currently in need of better technique.
