With the first night of the NFL Draft is in the books, it’s time to look at the best remaining prospects and where they’ll go on Day 2.
Now that we’re one night into the NFL Draft, it’s time to take a step back and assess not what has happened but what lies ahead. The second round of the draft is stocked with talent — specifically offensive talent — which means the top-tier fun isn’t over yet.
Of course, if there’s one thing we know about the NFL Draft it’s that we don’t actually know anything. The first round proved that, from the Oakland Raiders drafting Henry Ruggs III as the first receiver to Austin Jackson and Jordyn Brooks getting overdrafted.
Above all, no one saw the Green Bay Packers drafting Aaron Rodgers replacement in Jordan Love, let alone trading up to take him.
So let’s take a look at what the second round might look like now that we know who the best possible prospects are.
