Best Pick: A.J. Epenesa, EDGE, Iowa

The Bills got a first round talent by standing pat in the second round. That almost never happens. He will have the opportunity to learn behind great starters will making his presence known when on the field.

Sean McDermott will get to pick and choose where he plugs Epenesa into the lineup, and that will pay off big time. The Iowa product has the chance to develop into a star in the NFL, despite his lack of speed on the edge.

Worst Pick: Zack Moss, RB, Utah

Moss is not a bad pick overall, he just doesn’t really fill a need for the Bills. He will likely have a productive career and solid rookie season, but Buffalo should have looked elsewhere in this spot in the draft. Running back could have been addressed later on or with free agents.

Grade: B-

Despite not having a first round pick, the Bills found players that will easily contribute. Epenesa and Moss will have the most to offer in year one. But some of the other talent they found will be able to help on special teams.

The Bills look set to take a shot at the Patriots crown in the division.
