player. RB. Georgia. D'Andre Swift. 35. 814. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis

D’Andre Swift can do a lot of things out of the backfield and comes from RBU after watching Nick Chubb and Sony Michel do work at Georgia. When he got his opportunity, he ran with it. He could have been a first-rounder but is the second running back off the board. He helps solidify the backfield with Kerryon Johnson to give the Lions a pounder and an all-around back.

Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford is going to love having Swift being able to catch passes out of the backfield. He is also really good at picking up the blitz. He only had 440 carries at Georgia so he doesn’t have a ton of tread on his tires. The Lions have drafted the position often as they tried to replace Barry Sanders, but Swift might be the best prospect of them all.

Look for Swift to be the starter for the Lions and be a valuable contributor for fantasy football rosters for many years to come.
