Fourth Round

TE. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Purdue. Brycen Hopkins. 136. 51

Brycen Hopkins is not ready for the NFL game. He may not even be an improvement over Gerald Everett or Tyler Higbee on the Rams roster. He has modest ball skills and below-average hands that lead to way too many drops.

Hopkins will have to fix those issues to find the field. He wil have an uphill battle to face in training camp though, especially if it is shortened due to the current COVID-19 situation in the United States.

Sixth Round

Jordan Fuller. 199. S. Ohio State. player. 51. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis

The 14th two-time captain at Ohio State, a man with incredible character, is headed to the Los Angeles Rams. Fuller recorded 224 total tackles and five interception in his Buckeye career.

Fuller earned first-team All-Big Ten honors for his play on the field in 2019 while he was a three-time Academic All-American and a Campbell Trophy finalist for his work in the classroom. He played primarily as a single-high free safety for the Buckeyes but has experience in the box and with covering slot wide receivers.

Seventh Round

Scouting Report. LB. Baylor. player. Pick Analysis. Clay Johnston. 234. 51

Clay Johnston is going to have to make his mark on special teams in the preseason if he has any hope of making the 2020 version of the Rams. The Baylor product is full of fight though.

Miami (OH). Sam Sloman. 51. Scouting Report. K. 248. player. Pick Analysis

Sam Sloman was 25-of-30 on field goal attempts in 2019 with a long of 53 yards. He was perfect on PATs. Sloman will be in an open competition with Austin MacGinnis and  Lirim Hajrullahu for the starting role with the Rams

Clemson. Tremayne Anchrum. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. G. 250. 51

Anchrum may  be little more than a camp body and casualty for the Rams in 2020. If he is a star in the summer though, he may be able to carve out a backup role for himself going forward.
