Bartolo Colon

Colon played for 11 teams, so it’s pretty safe to assume that the Yankees would be one of them.

A more fun fact about Colon: He played one season for six teams.

In 2011, the Yankees scooped him up on a minor-league deal, and it kind of worked out. He went 8-10 with a 4.00 ERA, making 26 starts. For context, he owns a 4.12 ERA, so he’s basically a Yankee great.

Of course, Colon would go on to play for five more teams in the next seven seasons.

It is a shame that Colon, although technically not retired, will more likely than not end his career without a World Series ring. But he did win the American League Cy Young Award in 2005, and hit the most famous home run of all time in 2016.
