1. Home: Cleveland Browns

If there is one game that you should circle on the Giants’ calendar, it is this one. The Cleveland Browns will come to New York at some point this season, which will be a must watch.

Why? Odell Beckham Jr. will play his former team for the first time since the trade that sent him to Cleveland. Also, remember when Baker Mayfield said those comments about Daniel Jones? The Jones vs. Mayfield battle will be fun to watch too.

Yes, Mayfield backtracked his comments and tried to clarify what he said. Regardless, fans have not forgotten that shot he took at Jones.

Emotions will be running high in this one, which may find a primetime slot. Meaning, there will be a lot of eyes drawn to this one.

A perfect time for the Giants to prove themselves against a potential playoff team.

The last time these teams played each other was in November of 2016. The Giants won on the road, and Big Blue is 4-1 in the last five matchups against the Browns.

Both teams are in very different places since that 2016 game. The Browns are projected as a playoff team, and the Giants are a team looking to build back towards contention.

Here’s why the Giants must win. No, not because Beckham’s return or the Mayfield comments. The Giants must win because this will be a measuring stick game. How will Joe Judge coach in a very emotional and important game? How will Jones play in such a game as well?

These are important questions that need to be answered, which is why the Giants must win when the Browns come to town in 2020.
