Home: Indianapolis Colts

The Bears host some formidable teams in ’20 and a couple of those come courtesy of the AFC South. Specifically Philip Rivers and his new home behind the NFL’s best offensive front (sorry, Dallas) will visit the Bears for an interesting geographic battle that should have Midwestern fans excited about the matchup.

The battle here should be interesting because the Colts are looking much better defensively for having traded for DeForest Buckner, a new anchor in the trenches. However, both teams are employing a questionable quarterback in 2020, and both Rivers and Trubisky struggle with untimely mistakes in the form of giveaways.

This game should come down to which secondary can keep the options locked up long enough for the pass rush to do the work and force an errant throw or two. That means the new additions will be even more important for a Midwestern battle of playoff hopefuls.
