Weeks 5-8

50. 20. 52. Final. 24

The Men from the Motor City head south to Jacksonville for the first time since 2012. The Lions and Jaguars have split your previous six meetings, with Detroit prevailing in the last two encounters – including a 31-14 road triumph eight years ago. Doug Marrone’s team is in flux these days and Matt Patricia’s club gets a rare road win.

32. 44. Final. 26. 50

The Lions make their first appearance in the city of Atlanta since 2008. As for the last time these teams met, the Falcons came away with a road win three years ago, 3026. Detroit’s secondary will be overwhelmed by the wide receiver combination of Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley as Matt Ryan and company have a big day.

Final. 21. 46. 19. 50

Back in 2016, the Lions went to Indianapolis and came away with a 39-35 victory in the last meeting between these clubs. Prior to that, Detroit dropped four straight in this interconference series, including the last two meetings in the Motor City. The Colts and new starting quarterback Philip Rivers manage a narrow two-point victory.

19. 50. 27. 60. Final

The Lions have had their share frustrations of the Twin Cities throughout history. But the fact remains that the club has split their last six meetings at Minnesota. In last year’s road affair, Detroit came up short, 20-7, in Week 14. Keeping Matthew Stafford away from the Vikings’ pass rush will be easier said than done once again.
