Weeks 9-12

Final. 24. 28. 28. 13

While the Raiders defense has some talent, it does not have much in the way of an ability to slow down versatile running backs who can catch the ball out of the backfield. The Chargers, in Austin Ekeler, have one of the best such backs in the league. In the end, that’s the difference.

19. 45. 23. 28. Final

If the Broncos are unable to generate a pass rush, they are in for a long season on the defensive side of the football. And, history tells us that pass rush is among the most difficult skill sets to utilize consistently. In this one, an improved offensive line for Las Vegas is able to hold off the sharks, and Derek Carr has time to make some big plays to win the game for the Raiders.

34. 124. 17. 28. Final

The Chiefs are the defending Super Bowl Champions because they have a solid defense, a historically good offense and they play consistent football. The Raiders do not possess any of those attributes and its why, for the last five years, they’ve been unable to compete with Kansas City.

27. 28. 38. 44. Final

The Falcons will have a great offense (again) in 2020, but will still struggle on defense to stop even the most basic offenses. This game proves both of those as the Falcon receivers take advantage of an overmatched Raiders secondary over and over again.
