Weeks 13-16

20. 59. Prediction. 42. 124

A year ago, the Chiefs made it clear they weren’t leaving without a Super Bowl trophy. And they made good on that promise. They had a solid draft, and have the potential to make this a very rough date for the Dolphins.

17. 47. 36. 59. Prediction

If there were ever a time to make your mark in the division, it’s now. The Patriots no longer have Tom Brady or party guy Rob Gronkowski, so Miami can put a dent in that famed New England legacy this week. The Dolphins have always been a team tough on the Patriots — just look at Week 17 of last season.

28. 59. 27. 28. Prediction

This is the inaugural season for the Las Vegas Raiders, and the Dolphins will make a their first-ever trip to play at Allegiant Stadium. You can argue this one either way, but Miami has more talent if the quarterback play is solid. The Raiders could win, but the Dolphins have enough to pul the mild upset.

59. 21. 16. Prediction. 24

Miami has the lead in the overall rivalry record against Buffalo, and look to add a big road win to that record. Keeping Cole Beasley and Stefon Diggs in check will be a huge step in that direction. Can they hold them off enough to pick up the win? I think they can pull it off. The AFC East is going to look quite different this year, with everybody getting a little work done in the offseason. So it will be interesting to see how this plays out.
