Weeks 5-8

57. Final. 31. 48. 24

The Bears could’ve explored a push for Brady in the offseason but opted to trade for Nick Foles instead. That decision haunts Chicago on this day as Tampa Bay wins a high-scoring affair 31-24. Chicago’s defense might be great, but the Bucs offense is poised to be fantastic this year, and could use this as a showcase.

49. 27. 48. Final. 30

The Buccaneers give their old NFC Central rivals everything they can handle in this matchup. At the end of the day, Green Bay reminds everyone why they are the reigning NFC North champs with a close win over Tampa Bay.

24. 28. Final. 21. 48

Jon Gruden has been looking forward to a shot at the Buccaneers ever since they fired him in 2009. The Raiders pick up one of their biggest wins of the season, knocking off Tampa Bay at the gun on a field goal.

14. 31. Final. 34. 48

The worst loss Tampa Bay suffered last season came against the Giants, who won by a point at Raymond James Stadium in Daniel Jones’ first career start. The rematch isn’t nearly as close with the Buccaneers blowing out the Giants 34-14.

60. 21. 48. Final. 17

This contest is critical for playoff seeding purposes since Minnesota figures to be right in the hunt for a wild card berth with Tampa Bay. A few big plays down the stretch help the Buccaneers escape with a 21-17 win.
