With the 2020 NFL Draft in the rearview mirror, most teams are set at the quarterback position, and we power rank each here.

The 2020 NFL Draft brought a new crop of quarterbacks into the league, as teams like the Los Angeles Chargers, Cincinnati Bengals, and Miami Dolphins are likely to hit the reset button at the position. As we head into virtual training camp, let us look at each team’s starting quarterback, and where they rank overall.

Here is our NFL quarterback power rankings after the 2020 NFL Draft.

32. player. 47. . . . Jarrett Stidham

The New England Patriots will have a starting quarterback not named Tom Brady for the first time in 20 years, as the expectation is Jarrett Stidham will take over the franchise. New England brought in Brian Hoyer to be his backup, leaving the Patriots with arguably the most underwhelming duo at the position in football.

Of course, Stidham was a talented player during his time at Auburn, and may end up having a nice NFL career. But in Year 1 taking over for a legend, he is going to struggle, even with a solid cast around him on both sides of the ball and the premier head coach in the NFL.

. . Dwayne Haskins. 31. player. 58.

The Washington Redskins held the No. 2 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, and some believed they could use the pick on a quarterback. That tells you everything you need to know about current starter Dwayne Haskins, who will have to improve in many ways to remain the franchise in D.C.

Haskins has a new head coach in Ron Rivera, putting even more of an emphasis on him getting off on the right foot in 2020. He has the talent to be a very capable quarterback at the NFL level, but the sample size is too small right now to have him anywhere near the middle of the pack.

Mitch Trubisky. 30. player. 57. . .

The Chicago Bears have decided to decline the fifth-year option on Mitch Trubisky’s rookie deal, and with a loaded 2021 quarterback class coming in next April, his time in the Windy City could be coming to an end. Remember, this is a franchise that traded up to get Trubisky out of North Carolina, passing on the likes of Patrick Mahomes and Deshaun Watson.

This is a crucial year for Trubisky, as the team is not going to wait around with Nick Foles behind him. Trubisky was supposed to be the savior in Chicago, but he has been mostly a dud so far through his first three seasons.

. Gardner Minshew II. 29. player. 52. .

We all know that Minshew Mania took the NFL by storm last season, as the sixth-round rookie came in for the injured Nick Foles and played extremely well. In 2020, Minshew is the unquestioned starter heading into the season, and it will be very interesting to see how he does with little behind him on the depth chart.

In recent mocks, the media has the Jaguars playing so bad this season that they get the No. 1 overall pick in 2021, bringing in Clemson star Trevor Lawrence. If that happens, it means Minshew Mania has faded into the sunset.
