More Action-Packed and Fast-Paced

As someone that has spent hours doing Mock Drafts, you notice how repetitive they become. Everyone likes to stick to the ‘experts’ rankings and draft the next best player available. With an auction draft, there is no order. It is madness. It is fast-paced. You have to pay attention to each player nominated and decide if you want to bid on that player if they are going too cheap, while also monitoring the league to see what team needs what position.

Frantically bidding them up because you know they need that last ‘top-tier’ running-back. You constantly have to be on alert. In a usual snake draft, you will pick once and then you have a 10 minute break before your next pick. Boring.

Auction Drafts require your full attention for its’ entirety.

There’s no time for daydreaming. You control your destiny. Keep track and make the right bids at the right time. Don’t forget, bidding up someone else is half the fun of an auction. make them spend their money where they don’t want to.
