Mini Joe Burrow is the wholesome content Twitter needs.
Former LSU football star Joe Burrow is never going to be forgotten what he did during his time in Death Valley. He’s already got the next generation of Tigers fans growing up wanting to be just like the 2019 Heisman winner and the No. 1 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
LSU fan Matthew Warren tweeted a picture of his son dressed in LSU gear and replicating some of the most famous Burrow images from the past year.
The top left picture samples the image after LSU won the national championship over Clemson and Burrow celebrated in the locker room with a victory cigar. It was the best season in LSU football history so an exception for smoking indoors can be made.
The image in the top right and bottom left samples Burrow after he hoisted the national championship trophy after leading the Tigers to their first national title since 2007.
Mini Burreaux even has the SpongeBob socks that Burrow wore in a particularly bold and awesome fashion choice.
Happy birthday to mini Joe Burrow!
He’s already got a shoutout from the LSU football account that retweeted the picture. Now, he’s just waiting on Coach O and Burrow to give him a happy birthday message.
Let us join in on the birthday celebrations by extending a happy birthday as well.
Sure, I didn’t win the Heisman, lead LSU to a national title or become the No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft, but I’m a fan of youngsters showing their pride and love for their favorite sports stars.
It’s clear he’s got his priorities straight and looking up to Burrow is a great role model. Burrow was a great success story after transferring from Ohio State, working hard to get his opportunity to start at quarterback and then making the most of his opportunity.
He used his time in the spotlight to shine a light on those who need the light shown on them, like using his Heisman speech to help raise money for the Athens food bank. And was always quick to thank his teammates and coaches for their roles in leading the team to great heights last year.
Mini Joe Burrow was the wholesome content we didn’t know we needed, but now we need more youngsters dressed up as their favorite sports stars.
