10. Hulk
To the naked eye, Bruce Banner seems like your run-of-the-mill geeky science nerd who would probably lose a fight with a fax machine. But the highly respected expert in the fields of biochemistry and nuclear physics never backs down and is not the kind of person one wants to make angry. After failing to recreate Captain America’s super-soldier serum using gamma radiation, Banner became the big green smash machine known as Hulk. After taking the time to control this extraordinary ability, he quickly became the strongest Avenger on the team.
The big man has had quite the journey in the MCU. From stopping Ultron and Loki to becoming the Champion of Sakaar, it’s no wonder the word incredible comes before his name. He’s taken down the puny God of Thunder on several occasions.
However, Hulk did get smacked around like a kitten by Thanos, but most of the villains he takes on prove to be no match. And it’s not just bad guys he makes mincemeat out of either. Whether he’s wearing shirts as Smart Hulk or going full Banner in Hulk buster armor, there aren’t many that can stand in this guy’s way solidifying his place in the upper echelons of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.
