14. Ugly NCAA basketball uniforms: Miami Hurricanes

Here is a team that should never wear black, ever. Miami has one of the most iconic looks in college sports. Everyone knows the U logo and the green, orange, and white is synonymous with Miami. Why mess with it?

Well, apparently the Hurricanes didn’t get that memo and rolled out these awful uniforms. First, they are black and we just said they should never do that. Then they have the classic U logo on the front, which is as big as the number. I really like the logo but not on the front of the jersey and especially not as big as the number.

What’s an even bigger problem is the U isn’t even in the classic orange and green colors that makes it so recognizable. It is in black and almost makes it not even look like what the logo should be.

This is just horrible all the way around and should be scrapped. What is even worse is they rolled them out against Illinois when they wore these awesome looking uniforms. We could have a great looking game, but Miami had to screw it up.

Please put these away and stop wearing them.
