4. Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers are a good football team and Mike Tomlin is one of the top five coaches in the NFL today. Combine those two things, and you’re going to get a winner.

The Steelers went 8-8 in 2019 despite not having their starting quarterback on the field after Week 2, and running back James Conner missing six games with significant injury. There are, quite frankly, not many teams who can go 8-6 with Mason Randolph and Devlin Hodges at the helm.

This team was, uncharacteristically, riddled with injuries last year and is unlikely to face the same poor luck in the coming season. Look for Pittsburgh as a strong rebound candidate and a dark horse to compete for the AFC crown.

3. Buffalo Bills

The Bills are one of the few teamswho have every piece moving in the right direction. They’ve got the hard parts figured out – they’ve built a championship-caliber defense and they’ve identified their franchise quarterback in Josh Allen.

Buffalo had a decent offense last year with Allen throwing to Cole Beasley and John Brown, while Devin Singletary carried much of the running back load as a rookie.

Now, the team adds star receiver Stefon Diggs, who was acquired via trade with the Minnesota Vikings prior to the draft; and also adds rookie running back Zack Moss and rookie wideout Isaiah Hodgins to the fold.

If Allen continues progressing – the Bills could find themselves playing for a shot at Super Bowl LV.
