Kelvin Harmon, WR, Washington Redskins

Someone other than Terry McLaurin has to catch passes for the Redskins. Harmon is a big-bodied receiver who can help Dwayne Haskins keep the chains moving.

That’s why he’s a terrific bet to put up solid numbers in 2020. His lack of big play speed will prevent him from becoming a star, but Ron Rivera loves big, physical wideouts. Harmon will get a ton of targets for Washington this year.

T.J. Hockenson, TE, Detroit Lions

Hockenson’s rookie season was a bit of a disappointment for the Lions. They expected more than 32 catches for 367 yards out of their first round draft pick.

In fairness to Hockenson, everyone on Detroit’s roster saw their season go downhill after Matthew Stafford succumbed to injury. It’s fair to assume his production will increase if Stafford can stay healthy in 2020. He’s a sneaky breakout candidate in a strong group of young tight ends around the NFL.
