Offensive players get all the glory in the modern NFL, but these 10 defensive players deserve more credit from fans and media members.

10 incredibly underrated NFL defensive stars

10. Mario Addison

The Bills moved to acquire Addison in the offseason because they needed to add some more juice to their pass rush. He’s got a chance to pay off handsomely for the Bills in 2020.

He may already be 32 years old, but he’s amassed at least nine sacks per season for each of his last four campaigns. That easily qualifies him to be called a very good edge rusher. Addison will never be elite, but Buffalo fans are going to enjoy his play this season.
