Wide Receiver:

1.              Michael Thomas, NO

2.              Devante Adams, GB

3.              Julio Jones, ATL

4.              DeAndre Hopkins, ARI

5.              Chris Godwin, TB

Michael Thomas’ record setting season a year ago lands him at the top of nearly every fantasy receivers list. Devante Adams is STILL the only true receiving weapon for Aaron Rodgers in Green Bay, and coincidentally similar to my analysis earlier with regards to Dalvin Cook, the combination of skill and opportunity lead to a number 2 ranking.

DeAndre Hopkins’ new team actually bumped him down in my rankings from 2 to 4 after the trade, as I think his QB change is a slight downgrade. Not nearly enough to fall out of the top 5, as this trade also bumped Kyler Murray above Hopkins’ former signal caller, Deshaun Watson.

The remainder of the top 5 are the annual stud, Julio Jones, and last year’s breakout Chris Godwin, who will likely get the biggest boost from the addition of Tom Brady in Tampa Bay.
