10 NFL sleepers who could make a surprise Super Bowl run

Los Angeles Rams

Last season, the Los Angeles Rams finished at 9-7, and while that was above .500, they snapped a two-year streak in which they made the playoffs. Two years ago, the Rams were the NFC representative in the Super Bowl, so the fact that they could not even make the playoffs in 2019 was alarming.

However, I expect the Rams to be back in the mix in 2020, as Jared Goff got another new weapon in Van Jefferson via the NFL Draft, and Cam Akers should be a dynamic running back. If Goff can play the way he did in 2018, this Rams offense has a chance to be special.

Of course, the main attraction on this Rams team is defensive tackle Aaron Donald, who many believe is the best overall player in the NFL. Terrell Lewis is going to be a solid addition to the linebacker group, and safety Taylor Rapp has the talent to be one of the better safeties in the game. The NFC West is going to be fun to watch, and as long as Sean McVay is the Rams head coach, they are going to be in the mix.
