21. Atlanta Falcons

Dan Quinn promoted Raheem Morris to defensive coordinator this offseason and the key in 2020 will be finding that elusive pass rush. Up front, the Falcons added Dante Fowler Jr. in free agency, Charles Harris in a trade with the Dolphins and Marlon Davison (2-Auburn) in the draft. Atlanta allowed a disappointing 28 TD passes in ’19.

20. Washington Redskins

New head coach Ron Rivera and coordinator Jack Del Rio bring the 4-3 to D.C. and the team has the pass rushers to excel in this setting with Ryan Kerrigan, second-year pro Montez Sweat and 2020 second overall pick Chase Young. But it’s also worth noting that the Redskins allowed the second-most rushing yards in the NFL this past season.

19. Tennessee Titans

This unit had its moments in 2019 as the club reached the AFC title game. But defensive tackle Jurrell Casey was dealt to the Denver Broncos and do-it-all cornerback Logan Ryan remains an unsigned free agent. The Titans are hoping former Falcons’ defensive end Vic Beasley can recapture his 2016 form when he led the NFL in sacks.
