Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. WR. Kansas City Chiefs. Tyreek Hill. 7. player. 16

Hill may have the edge in a ranking of the most valuable receivers in the NFL, with his importance to the passing game of the Kansas City Chiefs encapsulated by his third-down reception in Super Bowl LIV that turned the tide in the Chiefs’ favor as they pulled off an incredible fourth-quarter comeback.

Blessed with true track-star speed to terrify defenses, cornerbacks have found Hill near impossible to cover man to man. Even having tight coverage on Hill is no guarantee of success as a defender, as his astounding ability to climb the ladder allows him to come down with more contested catches than a man of his 5’10” and 185-pound frame should realistically be able to haul in.

His skill set may not be quite as refined as some of the other receivers on this list but there is arguably no receiver in the NFL who strikes as much as fear into the hearts of defenses as Hill. Between his downfield threat and what he can do as a runner out of the backfield, Hill is near-impossible to stop.

An ideal fit for a Chiefs offense that blends aggression and creativity with devastating results, Hill is still yet to reach his extremely high ceiling and has the upside to vault further up this list if the fearsome Kansas City attack continues on its upward trajectory.
