The San Francisco Giants were a true MLB dynasty at the start of the 2010s.

The San Francisco Giants had a special thing going in the Bay Area during the first half of the 2010s. The team won a World Series title in each even-numbered year from 2010-2014 and, crazy enough, missed the postseason in both 2011 and 2013.

However, 2013 was the only time the Giants had a losing season in what appeared to be an anomaly during an otherwise dominant run.

Stars such as Buster Posey, Tim Lincecum, Madison Bumgarner, Pablo Sandoval, Hunter Pence all played in the Bay Area and helped form the dynasty.

Yet the Giants also had contributions from many other players whose names may not stand out after the passing of time. At least not to baseball fans who aren’t diehard Giants supporters. But there were a handful of individuals who put in solid work and helped the Giants remain competitive for a five-year stretch.

Let’s narrow it down to five players who deserve some more credit for what they did during their respective time in San Francisco.
