James Harrison remains a dominant force.

James Harrison has been retired from the NFL for over two years. Some players choose to take it easy and maybe slim down a bit after retirement.

Not Harrison. He continues to post insane workout videos that show the dedication that made him into a five-time Pro Bowler as an undersized player. His latest video is a bit more fun, at least for those watching.

James Harrison the WWE star

Harrison’s child assistants get put through plenty of WWE finishing moves in that video. There is a Rock Bottom and what appears to be an F-5 that can’t feel great when hitting the water. However, Harrison does show caution and acts safer than some WWE wrestlers do when in the ring.

Trying these moves at home requires caution. Having someone as strong as Harrison also helps.

The video also shows Harrison looking like he is still physically ready to plan in an NFL game at the age of 42. He last appeared with the New England Patriots during the 2017 season and got to play in the Super Bowl for his final game. That ended a long career that began in 2002 with the Pittsburgh Steelers that also included a one-year stint with the Cincinnati Bengals.

Harrison’s transition into retirement looks fun and a lot less stressful than the NFL lifestyle. The kids seem to be having fun as well.

Now fans will wait to see if Harrison’s video ends up with a future appearance in a wrestling ring. That sure would be a wild sight and there is no doubt Harrison could hold his own, even if his opponents weren’t two small children.
