1. Kyler Murray

Murray already gets a fair amount of attention for being one of the up and coming quarterbacks in the NFL. The truth is that undersells what he’s already accomplished for the Cardinals. He’s already pushing to become one of the top 10 quarterbacks in all of football.

His rookie season started out slowly, but he really picked it up in the second half of the season. It’s obvious the game started to slow down for the former Oklahoma standout. His final numbers of 3,722 yards passing with a completion percentage of 64.4 already show he’s a quality starter at the game’s most important position.

To grow, Murray needs to cut down on both his interceptions and the number of sacks he takes. Both of those things tend to improve significantly for young players as they enter their second seasons. Murray is primed to take a major step forward in 2020.

He’s not going to rival Mahomes or Lamar Jackson for MVP honors this season, but there’s no reason to think he can’t compete with an established star like Deshaun Watson. Murray could easily become one of the best five signal-callers in the game this season. Too many people are sleeping on what he did for Kliff Kingsbury a season ago.
