Chelsea manager Frank Lampard, who’s looking to pick up his first trophy as a manager today, has reason to be excited about next season. Not only have the club already signed the much-hyped Timo Werner from Leipzig, but they’re also reported to be favorites to land Werner’s compatriot Kai Havertz as well.
