4. Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens have been the most often rumored suitor for Antonio Brown, and quarterback Lamar Jackson recently stumped for the team to sign him again. As Baltimore looks to get over the playoff hump, and more specifically overtake the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC, any avenue to add a weapon should be on the radar.

The Ravens were a rumored landing spot for Bryant right after he became available two years ago. But ESPN’s Ed Werder reported that he turned down a multi-year contract offer from them, instead preferring a one-year, “prove-it” deal with an eye on a bigger contract in 2019 free agency. In hindsight, even without knowing how many years or how the deal was structured, that goes down as a mistake for Bryant.

If the Ravens are at all seriously in on Brown, now with the knowledge he’s suspended for at least eight games, it follows easily that they are looking in multiple places for a wide receiver. Bryant may be one of those places, if only to bring him in for a workout and see how he looks.
