These five players are set to join Kyler Murray and Nick Bosa as NFL stars.

The 2019 NFL Draft class has already delivered on its significant potential, with the top two players taken last year already securing their status as stars of the league.

Despite going 5-10-1 in his first season as starting quarterback, the first overall pick Kyler Murray electrified to such an extent in his Offensive Rookie of the Year season that he enters 2020 as a dark horse for the MVP award.

Nick Bosa, selected directly after Murray by the San Francisco 49ers, won Defensive Rookie of the Year as his tremendous pass-rush ability proved a critical factor in their run to Super Bowl LIV.

Murray (90th) and Bosa (17th) each were selected by their peers to the NFL’s Top 100 list and, though they have played fewer 20 games, two players who will be doing battle for years to come in the NFC West can already be considered household names.

And there are several players who are poised to join him by backing up intriguing rookie years with a strong second-season performance.

Here we look at five players who have the ability and are in situations to again excel in year two and elevate themselves to the ranks of the league’s elite.
