NBA DFS picks August 23: Who is worth playing in a Boston sweep?

Ah….the NBA playoffs. Where NBA DFS gets much easier. Gone are the days of players resting. Everyone is trying to win and all the stars are out in their normal compliment of minutes.

Not that the playoffs in the bubble haven’t been a bit different. Can you imagine all of the Bostonians in the Garden, all pickled on beer and scotch all day then watching Tacko Fall get on the board in his first playoff action? The bubble does well at simulating some things, but there’s no way they could have simulated that!

Still, that’s not to say that some guys aren’t still injured. Let’s check that report before we get started on the Game 3’s on tap for today.

Out: Ben Simmons (knee), Gordon Hayward (ankle), Will Barton (knee), Joe Harris (personal), Bojan Bogdanovic (wrist), Jamal Crawford (hamstring), Big Dog III (oblique), Gary Harris (hip), Patrick Beverley (calf), Javonte Green (knee), Ed Davis (knee).

Questionable: Luka Doncic (ankle),Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (knee),

There is a slight chance that Beverley could play, but he’s still doubtful at best. I’m proceeding as if he wont play. The real news here is Luka. If he sits, it could be trouble for Dallas.

That’s a huge injury list and it doesn’t even have the players who never entered the bubble.
