Chicago Cubs. 1.. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Central. player. 9. NL

After barely doing anything this offseason, many wrote off the Chicago Cubs. They let their best hitter in Nicholas Castellanos sign with the rival Cincinnati Reds and didn’t make a single addition through Hot Stove season. But, the entire NL Central has underperformed this season, and the Cubs took advantage.

Their starting rotation has been solid and the hitting has been relatively adequate. But if there’s one weakness the Cubbies need to address, it’s the bullpen.
