Target:

Josh Jacobs, RB LVR
Josh Jacobs just finished his rookie year in which he finished 21st among RBs in fantasy points despite missing 4 games and operating in an offense whose top wide receiver finished 47th overall in fantasy scoring. Teams were able to easily plan for the presence of Jacobs by stacking the box against the run, thus limiting the rookie’s production.

Now, with rookie Henry Ruggs III, and free agent acquisition Nelson Agholor on board, teams will have to pay more attention to the Raiders’ receiving corps, thus opening up opportunities for Jacobs, now with a year of competition under his belt, to hit the ground running and improve on an already impressive rookie campaign.

As of this writing, he is being drafted in slot 16.3, 13th highest ADP, and 10th among RBs. He is ranked as my 8th highest RB, so there is plenty of potential value here.
