It’s time for Week 2 in the NFL, meaning it’s time for your best start and sit options.

For many, Week 1 was a week of success that saw their teams go off and earn a victory to start 1-0 on their fantasy football seasons.

Whether you had stars that went off like Josh Jacobs (35.9 PPR points) or Davante Adams (41.6 PPR points), or maybe some hopefuls that showed a sign in Week 1 that they will deliver, it was a good week for you.

Of course, there’s the idea that you faced these guys and suffered a difficult defeat. That’s where seeing who you should start and sit in these Week 2 rankings should change your direction in fantasy football 2020.

Week 1 had a number of developments in terms of what teams may be trouble for your players and some that could lead to some incredible weeks.

For example, Aaron Rodgers torched the Minnesota Vikings in Week 1, a team he hasn’t torcher per se in a few years. Perhaps the Vikings’ overhaul at the defensive back position could lead to them being a welcoming opponent for QBs moving forward. Then there is the New Orleans Saints, who almost completely shut down Tom Brady and the overhyped Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Saints defense seems to be legit this season.

Hopefully, these start and sit options can help change your fortunes in fantasy football 2020 and make you believe in some guys that left you feeling salty after Week 1. And in other ways, it should also help you double down on others to believe in them for the rest of the season.

A quick note, this should not and will not be the end all be all to you winning this week but will put you in the right direction so that you can find great success and make some spot starts to get you a big win, whether it’s a 2-0 start or 1-1. These starts and sits will not include superstars like Christian McCaffrey or Patrick Mahomes. So without further ado, we are on to Week 2.
