What we know about a potential fight between Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul

Floyd Mayweather Jr., an all-time great in boxing, is rumored to be boxing against YouTube star Logan Paul in an exhibition match.

It appears as though Floyd Mayweather Jr. could be making his return to the boxing ring in the near future, with rumors flying that he will be partaking in an exhibition bout against YouTube personality Logan Paul.

According to YouTuber, Keemstar, Mayweather and Paul are setting up to face each other in the near future. While he did not name any sources, Keemstar said that he has “confirmed” the fight will be taking place and also said that it will occur this year.

If the fight were to happen, it is unclear where it would be broadcasted, but DAZN aired Paul’s previous fight, and they seem interested in these types of events. They recently expressed interest in making a Canelo Alvarez vs. Khabib Nurmagomedov fight (yes, really), so an exhibition between Mayweather and Paul does not seem like something they would turn down.

Mayweather, on the other hand, was last seen in a ring in a 2018 exhibition fight against Japanese kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa. Prior to that, his last professional fight was in 2017 against UFC star Conor McGregor.
