The Seahawks recorded the stop of the year thus far against Cam Newton and the New England Patriots on Sunday Night Football. 

What a Sunday night both the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots treated football fans to in Week 2. Not only did the two teams combine for 65 points, but things came down to the very last play between the two powerhouses.

With the game on the line, everyone thought Cam Newton was going to be able to power his way into the end zone for six to giving the Patriots a walk-off win. In the two Seattle wins, Wilson has thrown for 610 yards and nine touchdowns. With the Seahawks letting ‘Russ cook’ to start the season, the team truly is looking like a serious threat once again in the NFC.
