A new episode of the Over and Back podcast celebrates the NBA’s conference finals with a look at fan favorites to suit up for the Heat, Celtics, Lakers and Nuggets.

The NBA’s conference finals are in full swing which gave us an idea: who were the best players to play for both Eastern Conference finalists (Miami Heat and Boston Celtics) and the best players to play for both Western Conference finalists (Los Angeles Lakers and Denver Nuggets)?

We’ll discuss some of the most interesting trades between the franchises including an executive trade, the massive five-team deal that sent Antonie Walker to Miami, Los Angeles sending Nick Van Exel packing for two role players and more!

In the episode, we briefly touch on notable playoff series histories including Denver’s inability to defeat Los Angeles in the playoffs… ever. Then, finally, the breakdown of our favorites to play for both franchises including Antonie Walker, Grant Long and Sherman Douglas for the Heat/Celtics and Nick Van Exel, Charlie Scott and Orlando Wooldridge of the Lakers/Nuggets.
